MR + MRS CURRID – SATURDAY 23RD MAY 2015
I have to say I’m a teeny bit chuffed with myself having just completed the editing stage of Steve & Andrea’s wedding photos and looking back on what was a magical day. Destination Helmsley. An area I wasn’t over familiar with but discovered the beauty of this place on my first visit in February when we met for the pre wedding shoot. Their Wedding was all under one roof at the spectacular Black Swan Hotel on the edge of Helmsley market square. A location was spotted just outside the village on my way over. A place I could whisk them away for some quiet time on the big day, bright yellow fields filled with Rapeseed made a fab backdrop and we made sure we were up there for the last light of the day!
I sincerely hope Mr + Mrs Currid have WIFI on their Icelandic honeymoon to view their Wedding Day blogpost. This isn’t your full collection, but my highlights of your day. Even the gatekeeper gets a feature for allowing us on that amazing field. There is a picture of a deer hanging in the hall too, it makes me wonder if I subconsciously knew one would actually jump out in front of me on the way home #scary! I hope you enjoy looking through these as much as I do. Oh and Michael, I did get one of you shedding a few tears!
A huge thank you to Steve & Andrea for their faith in me as their photographer and for having me on board. I wish you both every success and happiness in your future together. Much love, Georgina x
